DAY 1: KILIMANJARO AIRPORT TO ARUSHA

Upon arrival to Kilimanjaro International airport, you will meet your Thanks Giving Safaris expert Guide. After greetings, your guide will transfer you to the reputable Hotel in Arusha for Dinner and Relaxation.
Experience the beauty of Tanzania atmosphere and get ready for the next day Safari to explore the Best Tanzania Attractions. Do not hesitate to ask your Expert guide questions of your interest as he will happy to respond them all. Dinner and Overnight at a Hotel in Arusha.

DAY 2: TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK

After an early breakfast this morning you will meet your expert guide for briefing. After briefing we wish you all the best for your safari to Tarangire National Park with your packed lunch boxes. It is approximately 2 hours and 17 minutes (121.1 km) from Arusha town to Tarangire National park. The park is well known for a number of elephants.
You may have a chance to see population of zebra, impala, giraffe, eland, buffalo as well as open woodland scattered with hundreds of baobab tree. Enjoy your lunch at the picnic and experience the game drive. In the evening your driver Guide will drive you to the Lodge. Dinner and overnight at a lodge in Tarangire.

DAY 3: NGORONGORO CRATER (MEET THE MAASAI)

Early in the morning after your palatable breakfast, depart to Ngorongoro crater with your packed lunch. The Ngorongoro Crater (“home of big five and Maasai”) is the world’s largest volcanic caldera approximately 600 m deep and is known for its large variety of wildlife species such as Rhinos, Leopards, Lions, Buffalo, Elephants, Gazelles and Reedbucks.
You will stop for your delicious lunch at a beautiful designated picnic area in around noon. Then after lunch you will visit Maasai Bomas to learn their Culture. Observe the culture of Maasai tribe such as their way of living, their clothes, how they make their houses, their food and many other things. Dinner and overnight at a Lodge in Karatu.

DAY 5 - 6: LAKE EYASI (MEET THE DATOGA AND HADZABE)

Early in the morning after breakfast, depart to Lake Eyasi. You will visit the villages of Datoga and Hadzabe which are found near Lake Eyasi. The lake lies in one of the oldest parts of the Eastern Rift Valley. Spend 2 days to learn the culture of these two mutual tribes. A visit to their villages is a cultural experience not to forget out. A visit to the Hadzabe village creates a unique and unforgettable experience to Visitors.
Observe/ participate in an early morning hunting display, gathering honey and traditional dance events. The Datoga tribe are pastoralists. They are well skilled in silversmiths; hence they supply the Hadzabe with iron tips, knives and spears. In return Hadzabe give them honey and fruits. You will learn a lot and sometimes enjoy their meals and their activities. Dinner and overnight at a lodge around lake Eyasi

DAY 7: DEPARTURE

Take your time and enjoy your breakfast, then depart to Arusha town. Relax and enjoy the City of Arusha “Geneva of Africa” depending on your departure flight. Enjoy your delicious Lunch at a restaurant in Arusha, later on your expert guide will transfer you to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your departure flight.
